Office Manager
Tiana completed her undergraduate degree at Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Tiana has become a devoted team member with DXT since she joined the organization in 2018 as the office administrative assistant. Starting as the office assistant and promoted to the office manager, Tiana has been the face of DXT creating great relationships with our clients and making sure things run smoothly for everyone to be successful. As office manager, Tiana is in charge of overseeing all client relation operations and office needs. Tiana loves to manage, support, and provide solutions for the team in any way she can.

Hello! I’m Hiddia Frazier, a dedicated receptionist with extensive experience in supporting office operations. I aim to provide excellent customer service and manage day-to-day administrative tasks effectively. With strong skills in communication and organization, I’m committed to ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
Efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, such as scheduling appointments, handling documentation, and maintaining a well-organized reception area.
Proficient in managing and maintaining accurate client data, including personal information, appointment records, and billing details. This involves ensuring the correct entry of information into databases or electronic health records (EHR) systems, verifying the accuracy of data, and updating records as needed.
Handling several tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client interactions, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

I hold a Master of Science in HR Management, which has further enhanced my expertise and passion for fostering a positive work environment. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
